We custom quote each project in writing. We do not provide quotes over the phone.
Please email info@kingslandprinting.com and include as much information about your project as you can, including an image or mockup. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
All quotes will be provided in writing and will be honored for 2 weeks
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
We can work with most Photoshop files that are at least 300 dpi.
For Illustrator files, please make sure all type is converted to outlines.
Send what you have and we will try to make it work or we will work with you on getting the appropriate file.
We will assume all artwork is to scale, unless otherwise noted.
ORDERING TERMS
We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to place your order and final payment is due before the job leaves the studio.
You are welcome to pickup at our studio or we can ship worldwide.
Our normal turnaround time is approximately two - three weeks, but we are sometimes able to accommodate rush jobs and work with you to meet your deadline. Rush fees are determined based on time and availability.
NYS sales tax will be added to your order, if you have a resale number you can fill out this form to avoid paying sales tax.
We accept ACH transfers, credit cards (MasterCard/Visa/Amex), Zelle, and Venmo.
Unless specifically requested, we reserve the right to use photos of the work we do for you for promotional purposes and promotional purposes only — i.e. Instagram, Facebook, etc.
